Unlike traditional massage, MLD uses slow, precise movements and very light pressure, following the principles of lymphatic drainage. It may help support fluid movement in appropriate circumstances while offering a deeply calming experience. WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES Personalised Consultation A pre-treatment consultation to discuss your medical history, individual needs and any areas of concern, ensuring MLD is appropriate for you. 60-Minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage A personalised treatment using gentle, rhythmic techniques and carefully directed movements intended to support the natural flow of lymphatic fluid. The treatment is performed using light pressure, with techniques adapted to your comfort and individual requirements. THE KÁLLOS ESTÍ RITUALS — 15 MINUTES Foot Ritual A gentle organic milk foot soak before your massage, offering a peaceful beginning to your treatment. Greek Mountain Tea A warm cup of traditional Greek mountain tea following your massage, allowing time to relax and enjoy a quiet moment before returning to your day. OUR APPROACH Your comfort, dignity and wellbeing remain central to every treatment. KÁLLOS ESTÍ provides standard Manual Lymphatic Drainage as a complementary wellbeing treatment. This service does not include specialist lymphoedema management or postoperative lymphatic drainage. MLD is not suitable for everyone. Certain medical conditions, including suspected blood clots, acute infections and some cardiovascular conditions, may require treatment to be deferred or medical advice before proceeding. Manual Lymphatic Drainage does not replace medical assessment or treatment.
