Unlike traditional MLD, which is performed entirely by hand, this treatment incorporates specialised glass ventouses (vacuum cups). These create carefully regulated negative pressure to gently lift and mobilise superficial tissues. Working progressively across the body and face, each area receives manual lymphatic techniques followed by mechanical vacuum suction. Different sizes of glass ventouses are selected according to the treatment area, with suction intensity and time adapted to your individual needs. You may experience a gentle pulling or lifting sensation, distinct from the light touch of traditional MLD. Suction is carefully regulated according to the treatment protocol, the area being treated and your individual tissue response, while ensuring your comfort and safety throughout.
